I got free HDFC Titanum Credit card offer so I accepted it & applied for it. While Verification process I got call from HDFC offering another card for 1.4 Lacs credit limit & 2000 reward points. As I received the card it was with Rs.30000 credit limit. So I called HDFC Customer care asking about this, they said you have to pay written application for credit limit increase & you will get 2000 reward points in billing statement. When I checked the bill it was not having 2000 reward points. I raised complaint with them but no response. I called couple of times they it is in progress. Now today I called asking update they are saying you have not offered any reward point & htey have chareged me 561 for credit card. I want my Reward pints or want return credit card without rental.
