I bought a Khaitan Cooler approximately two months back. After three weeks, its motor stopped working. I called customer service and they told me that issue will be resolved from 48-72 hours. On 19th June, I had called them and complaint no. is 15411. Till today, no one has come to check it. I bought it from Kumar Electronics, Tilak Nagar.
