With due respect I would like to let you know that I have bought a Computer (PC) from COMPUTERS STORE, SHILLONG, MEGHALAYA in MARCH 2012. Unfortunately my PC has been arising some problems and not functioning. When I went to the vendor, he told me that it’s not able to repair/replace. But, within the warranty period, i am deposit the pc in compuer store repair center by 11 Jul 12. After two weeek i am asked what happened my pc . He is saying “kuch nahi hua, abhi nahi aaya hai. so I am going to lodge the complaint against the “COMPUTERS STORE,SHILLONG, MEGHALAYA.
Please do me favour and give me right solution. I will be grateful to you.
