We have excluded the “other” category here that currently forms the vast majority of our complaints. We notice here that Telecom companies are over-represented, perhaps signifying the success of mobile in the mainstream. That Airlines have the least complaints is surprising though given the many problems travelers have experienced. But it may also represent that, in sheer numbers, this is still an elite facility.
