Complaint regarding harassing me.

Location/place: Karnal, Haryana

Name of company/service: SAMSUNG

Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased SAMSUNG company’s product IN march 2012. It was a cell phone SAMSUNG GALAXY Y PRO DUOS.
Its august now and my cell phone WAS getting many problems i.e:
1. Camara is’nt working
2. Its touch has become worst.
3. Its side lock is not working properly.
On 12th AUGUST 2012, I went to SAMSUNG’S customer support which is located at Shop no: 402, Mughal Canal, Karnal, Haryana, India and told them my complaint. They took my cell phone, provided me a JOB CARD and told me to collect my phone back ON 12TH evening itself but did not repaired my cell phone and said even we are helpless and we are not able to sought out the problem and told me to collect it on 13th AUGUST 2012 afternoon BUT that day again I went there and they did’nt repaired my product and told me to enquire on wednesday. That frenchise of SAMSUNG is runned by Mr. ATUL GERA.
The JOB CARD NO. provided by them was: 4134674145.
Sir, they did not helped me out. I even called their toll free number, but they even did’nt helped me out.
Then after trying every possible thing I finally e.mailed COMPLAINING THE SAME TO SAMSUNG’S CEO and got thier reply back on 14th JULY 2012 that my cell phone has now been repaired and they will deliver me my cell phone that day itself.
I got my cell phone back but to my surprize the cell phone did not accept the sim cards and do not recieve the signals which is a very major damage provided by SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SUPPORT to my cell phone. I am a doctor and is preparing for M.D in Delhi and cannot get shuffeled in these problems everyday. I again mailed CEO and told him to kindly replace my cell phone after their customer support provided a defect to my cell phone. I have all the mail records with me. I am very much harassed now. Please help me.
Now all I want from you is to take action against them and help me get my cell phone replaced my return me a new cell phone of same model.
Hope, you understand a customer’s importance and value.
Thanks,
Dr. Samrat Karan
