This complaint is regarding Tata photon Internet service. I wanted Internet urgently so I bought net book on 04th Aug 2012, from a showroom “Digital World”, which is in Patel Nagar New Delhi. Shopkeeper name is Ravi Chugh. With net book I also purchased Tata photon. Mr.chugh told me for 1 day you will get 100Mb of internet usage…. When I called in customer care on the next day of purchasing……..they told me u have used full 100mb… but I don’t know whether I have used 100mb or not. Even they didn’t provide any proof of this after asking for the proof. Mr.chugh.. ‘owner of showroom’ said tommorow ’05th Aug 2012′ you can submit id proof and photograph, after 72 hours Internet will get start permanently. On the very next day of purchasing … I submitted my documents , Mr. chugh scanned my voter id from his own scanner machine. He did not tell that time that photo on your voter id is not clear and Mr. chugh said internet will get start running after 72 hours. After waiting 72 hours when Internet didn’t start, I called in customer care of Tata photon. They said your photo is not clear.
Next day again I submitted my Father’s Digital photo id proof because. they were saying same thing for my Father’s id proof that it is not clear I always use that same voter id everywhere which is provided to me by The Government Of India. But, Tata Photon refused that id by saying this…. Id is not accepted because photo on original id is not clear. After submitting my documents …. After so many reminders when I ask to activate the Internet….. reply was same ‘ it will get activated after 48 hours’. After my repeated complaint 5 times I got the same reply that….’ Internet will get activate after 48 hours. But after completion of 60 hours , when the Internet was not activated… I enquired in customer care …. Again they gave me 48hours tag to wait for internet . I spoken many executives of Tata photon… Ms. Swati and Mr. Mahesh etc . They just said your complaint is still in progress and given me 48 hours more tag… . After calling soo… many times .. after 5 days They started my internet service. Still they are not realizing, whatever I have faced trouble. I told them if you will not provide me internet … I will raise this issue in consumer court. They just said… Ok raise it.
I want that you take strict action against them… so will not do this any1 else .
I want.. the problem which I faced becz. Of them.. for that Tata Photon may provide me unlimited Internet service for next 2 months( Till 1st nov) without charging and without intruption in service.
