Complaint against services and behaviour.
Location/place: Delhi
Name of company/service: whirlpool
we have purchased a refrigerator in 2009 now from last 25 days we are facing problems in the fridge. After doing a lot of complaints we are not satisfied, the company is doing service and above that they had change the part of the fridge without our permission and we re facing problem they are not ready to change it and asking for more money. I request you to please look into the matter.

I contacted Naukri.com FastForward services for availing their services on 30th May. They offered me several services in including CV writing services for which they insited pay immediately so that someone shall work on my CV from 1st only and it may take 10 days for finalising the final CV.
Now I paid on 30th May which they collected on 31st May 2012.
From 1st June to 7th June, i am waiting waiting waiting, no one called me, when i call no one picks on emails they say my FIRST DRAFT on their own they will make without calling me and will be deleivered by 12th.
They lied to me, lured me and cheated me on the name of services, when i asked for money refund they refused.
Please can someone help me getting Justice?
