I am Mrityunjoy from Delhi, a Reliance CDMA Postpaid customer. I had been approached by a Reliance Comm. salesperson for conversion of my prepaid phone to postpaid & i was convinced with the tariff & plans he shown to me. But, unfortunately, it had been my huge mistake to get agreed for the same. The plan which he had shown me, i have not stick to that plan after around 45 days of time. i called the sales person & his boss also several times regarding the same but he fooled me & when contacted to customer care on *222, they say we dont have any such plan. I have made up my mind to move to consumer court.
