COMPLAIN AGAINST PUBLIC TRANSPORT MAHINDRA MINI BUS

Sir,
I want to state that Mini Bus Route No 702 Mahindra bus No- DLP 1801, a public transport which moves from Uttam Nagar to Dhaula Kaun and back.While coming from dhaula kaun on 21 sep 12 time 1155 , I sit on this bus from dhaula kuan.The bus route is dhaula kuan-RR line-kirbi place-D block janak puri-lajwanti garden and further.But the bus conductor, for shake of money ,without informing the passenger has allowed many passenger including me to travel unto lajwanti garden ,when bus reaches D-block janakpuri red light, he refuses to take passenger of lajwanti garden to take upto lajwanti garden, either he want to go straight to sagar pur.All passenger are force to get down at D-block.These driver always creating such problem for public , first alows every body then do there dadagiri. you are requested take some action against defaulter.
