I am a customer at bangalore, karnataka,
In october one of thier local switchbox blew off, We complained for about 15days.
Finally on 26 October 2012, we lodged a final complaint for disconnection, seeing that there was absolutely no attention from tikona care.
They processed the request and my connection got disconnected. We barely used the internet for 2 days and were out of service for the rest of the month. I also complained that we cannot pay for the infrastructure faults caused in the organisation.
3 months later, Tikona Charged a Civil Court Case against us in Bangalore and Added twisted ways to make money out. I dont like these type of companies who hold the customers liable for all its own faults.
THe company is a cheat, a fraudulent and a renders very unprofessional behavior with customers. e.g. in crtical cases the management never calls back to settle cases, even when u called the first time and register a callback from senior management.
THey have a facility of register a callback,but that never works for them.
