sir, my name is akash and my mobile connection is vodafone with number 9745011632.One month before while i choose to port from vodafone to BSNL,they give me a special offer to continue with their connection and the offer was 2000 message for 6 months.After one month with approximately 1600 msg remaining,the offer was withdrawed .When i contact with customer care they told me that one of their senior representative will call back me within 48hours.While i contact again with customer care because of no response from them,they barred me from contacting customer care.Then again and again i contacted customer care to regain my offer from another vodafone connection, they cheating me by telling you will get a call from their senior representative within 48hours within 48hours…………………please help me to get my offer back………
