Cheated while purchasing platinum ring

Name of company/service: DITI Platinum Jewelry, Lifestyle, inorbit mall, Hitech city

I bought platinum ring from DITI Platinum Jewelry, Lifestyle, inorbit mall, Hitech city. After buying I asked them to resize(which was free of cost) as the size was not exact. They resized the ring but reduced its size by 0.2 gram. When I asked for the money they said they won’t give money as on resizing for variation upto 0.5 g. I asked the lifestyle that I wanted to return it as there was variation in weight but they refused saying they will give me only 70% of refund. So I has to take the ring with lesser weight.

Before resizing they told me that the weight will not change.

After I raised the concern the lifestyle people harassed by saying that the 5% discount that was given as I purchased from ICICI debit card was not valid so I will have have to pay extra 5% as the Jewelry was resized and discount was not valid on resized jewelry.

I took the photo graph of the earlier specification that was there in the cash memo. They did’t even allow me to get the xerox so I had to take photograph from my mobile.
