Charge without usage

I am using idea pre paid no 9718760573
This is the second time idea had charged me against using Idea power and when i enquire on 198 complain no they told you ha used Idea power
Even i don not know Idea power option in mobile and message came to me that you had downloaded game
No proper responce is available
on checking my dowmload i do not found any game
i cannot bear this charge and want to file acomplain against Idea and dont want to use
last wk also i went to some roaming area and they charge me wrong call charge
i am afraid why i had choosen idea , it is a worst network and no support to customer
