Hello,
I purchaged EKO ULTRA Electic vehicle from the dealer in Hebal,Bangalore. The dealer is doing fraud activities and sold me old battery with new byke. The battery has been out of order just after completing one year and not more than it has run 1000 KM till date. As per dealer, i need to purchage new battery and invest 12000 again. What can be done in this case.
The battery life is approx 3 year. but in my case, it has not run more than 2000 km and just one year completion, battery went out of order. The battery mentions the date one year old from the date of purchage which is fraud activity
