Booked International Flight but e-ticket has not been sent yet irrespective of continues followup

Dear Team,

I had booked an international ticket on 22nd August 2012 from Delhi to Barcelona from Make My Trip and irrespective of continues followups through emails and calls they have not sent the e-ticket yet and also have charged me more than the ticket price mentioned on the website,since i had rescheduled my ticket they have charged me extra for that also more than the applicable charges.Following are the ticket details :
