we purchased blackberry 9810 mobile on 31-05-2012 and from the very next day this mobile started giving problem such as;-
1) hanging
2) on receiving phone call no voice coming from the other end n vice versa.
3) when we dial on blackberry 9810 mobile from the other mobile, this 9810 mobile has no ringing tone even being put on loud tone.
