Dear Sir/Madam,

I received copy of bill today at my billing address for my number – 8750050506 (which is already closed by me) for the amount of Rs. 414.70 by Airtel

Please look into the following point urgently –

I have already deposited Rs. 800 (600+200) as advance in the month of September before porting as mentioned below in detail –

Transaction ID – 915779583 (given by Airtel)
Amount (Rs.) – 200.0
Date – 15-09-13

Transaction ID – 155155 (given by Airtel)
Amount (Rs.) – 600.0
Date – 20-09-13

They have not adjusted this amount in my bill of Rs. 414.70.

I have been communicating with customer support department for last 7 days they are not at all responding positively even I have also sent them my ICICI Bank statement but no action taken
