Bill not provided and sold off my vanity number to other customer

Respected Sir,

Subject: Compliant against Tata Docomo Tele Services. And purchase bill Not provided

I would like to humbly submit the following –

I had purchased two Tata Docomo post paid numbers from Diwakar reddy tata docomo Dealer/Collection manager Bellary above Amogh hospital Parvathinagar opp Basai steel office with the following numbers 8123977777, 8123911111, who are the registered dealers for Tata Docomo in Bellary on 9/06/2012. I had intended to use the SIM cards at different times for my personal use. On 9/06/2012 they were activated and received by me through the above mentioned dealers.

I had mentioned my e-mail address as [email protected] in the application from filled by me for purchasing the SIM cards. I received my first monthly bill on 29/06/2012 by e-mail and paid it within the stipulated time frame. The second monthly bill was sent to me to the same e-mail on 29/07/2012. When I went to pay the bill I was informed that my numbers had been cancelled and issued to another applicant on the same day of bill generation i,e. 04/08/2012

I was neither informed by phone on my alternate number nor by e-mail about the cancellation of my SIM cards and issuing the same to others, neither was I given a chance to protect my interests. When I called the customer care they asked me to contact the dealer from whom I had purchased and the dealer in turn put the blame on the service provider. The answers from both sides were vague and indifferent towards my interest as a consumer.

I have been traumatized by the callous attitude of the mobile service provider ‘TATA DOCOMO’ and their dealer in Bellary Diwakar reddy and Mr gururaj sales incharge who is denying to give me the the bill invoice for the purchase of those two numbers for 10000 rupees for the past 35 days, hence this complaint for action against the service provider.

I request you Sir, to kindly consider my complaint and grant me appropriate relief.

  2. 2 weeks passed no one has called me untill now i am willing to press legal charges on ur company

  3. where did u mention the term zero usage in the application or terms and conditions i already sent a legal notice which i am awaiting an answer u guys are fraud u dont have rights to recycle the number for two months after deactivating how did u do that and sell it of to another customer and also without any intimation i am a postpaid user .. more over it is my wish to use ur services or not when im payin monthly rental on time u nowhere mentioned zero usage termination in ur terms i will file case on ranbir kapoor and ram charan tej for provoking me to buy tata docomo connection which is a fraudulant company giving
