My post paid number is 9784039999 vodafone and I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have been given by vodafone . I had requested a plan change in the month of Feb due to non usage and requested for lowest bill plan available however it took 4 months to change the bill plan and now my outstanding bill is rs 1000 . I have been fowlling up for the change of plan for the past 4 months which took my time energy and money and due to the negligence of the represetative at vodhafone store ajmer I m now liable to pay 4 months rentel I have also spoken to the manager who told me that he would come up with a solution and call me back but this never happened. I would appreciate if I get the waiver of the rentel charged for atleast past 2 months as I haven’t used my phone for incoming of outgoing . The same thing has happened on my previous number 9784029999 where it took 3 months to chane the plan but that time I neglected it. This time its not acceptable and I would appreciate if this problem is resolved at the earliest and I would request to take some action against the representative and the manager at vodafone store who didn’t do their job properly even though I visted their store end number of time and in every visit I left them my another personal number on which they didn’t even bother to call and inform about the status of my request now they are just asking me to pay the bill and tell me nothing can be done about this .
