I subscribed a 3g pack of rupees 5 for which I got 50mb 3g internet pack and I was also having 5 mb left before this recharge. When I started to download after a few mins one display msg came having msg that u have consumed ur 3g internet pack n have no 3g internet balance then quickly I disconnected my internet connection from my mobile then one more display msg came stating u hv been charged rupees 0.10 for volume consuming 2kb then after that I checked my balance then I saw I was not having any main balance in my account and before I was having 247 rupees balance .. plz its my request to tata DoCoMo return my money back..
I too talked senior officer of customer care but he was not helpful bt I asked my instruction id ie; 1600860732. Plz tata DoCoMo listen the recording through this id carefully…

Still now my issue has not been resolved. Today I went to Tata DoCoMo outlet center in raipur to see summary of my internet data they said u have used 75456745kb in 36 seconds… This just rubbishn. No 3g plan at 7mbs can do this Tata DoCoMo cheats…
