i had reliance gsm prepaid mobile no. 9773302273.on 16/10/13 all of sudden i noticed that entire balance of Rs.20.10 have deducted without using of any chargeble services. I lodged compliant with customer care immediately.they informed me on18/10/13′ that wrongly deducted balance have been posted. However so far said balance is not credited in my account and blockrd the customer cae nos. 198 ‘*333
