Dear Sir,
I am Gowri Shankar from chennai.I want to file a complaint against what I face the problem which I have mentioned below
The Bajaj Finserv Lending Company says that, they offering me a Pre Approved loan for Rs.2,43,000 . Just they need my ID proof, Address Proof and 5 cheque leaf to sanction my loan. The field executive Mr. Selvakumar from Chennai branch met me in person and I have handed over my documents and my 5 cheque and in have signed in the agreement copy. After few days they have said that my loan amount have reduced to Rs. 75,000. so I am not interested to receive the amount what they have offering so I asked them to return my blank cheques. From the next day the executive is not responding for my call and he used to disconnect my call while ringing.
So please I request the consumer court authority to take immediate action on them and ask them to return my blank cheques to me.
