Bajaj Finance consumer durable loan complaints

Name of company/service: bajaj finance lending

I have taken the Consumer durable loan from Bajaj Finance A/C no 4040CD00154294. I paid the entire installment through the cash/cheque [EMI-1667*12]. The BFL executive was collecting every month. Every time I asked regarding ECS, person told there is some technical problem. Now I am getting call from Chennai saying that there is overdue of 4200. They are calling and saying to pay overdue amount otherwise your name will be sent to CBIL. I requested to BFL for loan statement. The statement shows there is “cheque bounces charges” of 4200(350*12) (Mandate REGI. REQUIRED CUSTOMER PRESENCE) .They never intimated me either by email or personal call regarding this and after completion of all EMI they are saying to pay the overdue amount. There is no fault from my side and no way of cheque bounce as there was sufficient money to clear the cheque. I enquired from my bank as well, there is no ECS created by Bajaj finance. Please help me in this regard.
