Bad Service From Tata Sky

I am a west bengal tata sky subscriber. I was not able to use their service last 8 days. I called their customer support they told they will send their representative to my home, but without sending any person they closed my complaint and deducted my account balance illegally. Kindly look into this matter . My tata sky subscriber id is 1050342151.
