With ref to our booking ID -PM67239 placed on 03/02/2012, we had also sent them Demand Draft for INR 2999/- of HDFC bank on 03/02/2012 through INDIAN POST ref no-EM117312742IN DATE-03/02/2012. we had also recieved an confirmarion frm thier side for the same. But till nw we havn’t recieved our product.
When we send mails for the same they revrt thier ans in 1 month.
we are really trapped,plz help us out.
