My name is Priyanka Jain.
I have taken Airtel broadband connection No. 020-41204812 from Airtel sales executive
Jitendra Kambley in the month of April 2013 at the following address:-
B-505, Lalwani Vastu, Sakore Nagar, Pune-411014.
And in June 2013 we have shifted to Nigdi, Pune. And we have already informed him 3 days prior to our shifting to kindly transfer our connection in the new address (Nigdi, Pune);as per my discussion with Mr.Jitendra he said that he will shift the same at the new address. As part of process we have sent an email on 30th May 2013 to airtel customer care regarding shifting of the same.
There was no response of our mail; we were in touch with Mr.Jitendra regularly about the shifting of connection but there were no response from him as well as from airtel team.
Now (July 2013) after a month they have sent a mail saying that we won’t be able to give a connection to our Nigdi address, neither they will return the amount of Rs.3365/- (we have taken 6 month package).
It’s REALY PATHETIC AND REDICULUS being on the professional way that these people are least bothered to return the amount or to shift my connection.
I have all the proof with me to proof them worng. I don’t want to disclose few name Mr. Rahul to whom Mr. Jitendra is reporting who are just sitting idle & doing nothing, shame on those who is doing fraud with the customer.
