Activation of SMS scheme wihout permission

Name of company/service: Idea prepaid plan

Myself, Vijaykumar M Patel using idea prepaid no, 9723088777 since last 4-5 years. This month they have activated free SMS scheme on my number and deducted Rs 147/- from my Talk time/ my account.
When I asked to return my money then they said we cannot return the money.
This is very bad part of idea cellular.
I think by this way only these types of companies are making profit.
If Idea cellular will not return my money then I will change the service provider.
