A/c bal deducted automatically

Name of company/service: Reliance comm.

I have been using reliance no. for past 3-4yrs.I always topup for amounts above 100.Being a loyal customer your service is pathetic.I hv recently recharged 110rs and my a/c is with 0 balance now. cant call your customer care also…dont knw wot to do…tired of using reliance as my service provider.
TRied thr tolfree no.30333333 but i am not able to get thru the no. for past 3 days.pathetic service by reliance.

Dhirubhai’s dream was that evry indian should have a cell fone so tht they can talk to thr near & dear one’s..but look at what we are gettin. you cheats.
