Name of company/service: Prestige

Our cooker isn’t working properly from the next day we brought. We told them and they did some repair but in vain. Then again we went and said the same but nothing has happened. Today(05-07-12) we went again and they said it wont happen go to our service station. And they even said not to come again to the shop. Is this the way to treat the customers. I said to the arrogant lady there that she just sitting there eating and doing nothing when she said not to come again for which she said “SON OF A BITCH” to me . Is this the way you reputed people appoint people so that they can call us what they want to. Where is the phrase CUSTOMER IS GOD go????..Please retrospect into the matter and do the needful.
