I booked a Ubislate7+ on 21st January 2012 at 8.26p.m. through this(http://www.ubislate.com) website. my booking ID is “PM71B70ED986” and I also sent a advance payment through cheque on 27th February 2012 via speed post(EW164273716IN). My cheque number is “360064” from State Bank of India. The payment made on 28 March 2012. Still now DataWind Ltd. not shipped the device and I have not received the device yet. When I called them about my delivery, the customer care executive told me that you will receive your device within 10-15 days. I called them for 5 times and they replied the same. It was written to their agreement(http://www.ubislate.com/faqs.html) that those who are booking Ubislate7+ at the month of January, they will receive their device on the month of april and those who r ordering first through advance payment , will receive first but I have not received yet.
Therefore you are requested to pay attention to my problem and try to resolve as soon as possible.
