A.C. not working on AC bus from Ahmedabad to PUNE

HEllo,

I had booked the ticket on Deep Travel’s AC bus on 03-JUL-2013, but the AC on the bus wasn’t working at all during the journey, I had book the ticket through TRAVELYAARI.com

But they are unable to take any action on the bus operator for service not provided and chanrged for the same.
