As per commitment given by your sales counter there , that I will get 200 cash recharge every month as bonus. thats why I have purchased this mobile hand set.
After 7 days I found multiple problem in hand set , Problem was
1- No network on CDMA antena, frequently comming and going
2- During talk over heating
I went to your Reliance web world Vikash Marg, and stated the problem , they refused to give solution of the system. I have discussed this issue with Area Manager – Mr Mohit(09311884000) and your service Head Mr Kuldeep(09311297711)
I left the Mobile hand set in Reliance webworld Vikash Marg, dated 29/05/2012.
I have spoke to Mohit/kuldeep more then 1000 times,they have said they will try to replace the system. Everyday they make new Promising ,today/tomorrow.etc.I got the hand set after 40 days (06/07/2012). They have said it has been replaced .
On 6th of july I have got handset.I try to use this hand set but I found similar problem .Network on handset not coming and some time coming and going.I am not able to use the phone.
This problem has been regestered by the Reliance appellate authority and customer care reliance as well vide Service Request ID:182566891, after that I have talked to the reliance atorning authority by his contact no given on the web site and wrote several email . They have said give me 48 hrs time , I will give you the solution.Now one month has been passed and no solution has been provided by them.
Kindly help me to get our handset payment from them.
Please treat it as very very urgent.
