Erratic phone service and customer executive behaviour

Name of company/service: Airtel Prepaid service

This is to bring to your notice that I have been experiencing serious problems with the service and distribution network of airtel in Kolkata.
My phone number – 9748443063 was discontinued on grounds of lack of verification on Saturday – 28 July. However I submitted the requisite documents on Monday – July 30 as was suggested by the 121 service customer executive. But still the services to the number were not active and I visited the New Alipore customer care centre – 4 August.
But there the operator said there was nothing wrong with the documentation and refused to accept my documents saying there was no need and outgoing services resumed on the number.
But outgoing messaging and incoming calls are still unactive on the number and now the customer care executive, on calling 121 has disconnected the line midway without offering me a solution. Since I have submitted my documents 2 times, I expect that the least airtel gives me is a solution.But what I get is high handedness of the customer care executives who give me random numbers to dial and inspite of that, the messaging nor the oncoming calls services are active.
How is it possible that outgoing call is operational and internet connection too is working while incoming call and outgoing messaging is stopped?? Is it a cheap way to get more money?
I,as a customer am not responsible for the poor distribution network among airtel prepaid SIM providers and their nodal centres – but still they ask me to roam around entire Kolkata for it.
Please help me in resuming services to my number – 9748443063
