I purchased a Hawkins Contura Pressure Cooker from Priyom Mega Mart at Vazhakkala on 2nd of August 2012. When I returned home and checked the cooker, it was damaged. I called the shop and spoke to the manager at Priyom Mega Mart Mr. Noel, he was very harsh to me on the phone and said they are not willing to exchange the product. My bill number PRM/1408. Please look in to the issue.
