I have been using BSNL Broadband since the past 4 years and not even a single day has passed when this has worked satisfactorily. Every now and then I face frequent disconnections in the internet connectivity and despite id numerous complaints I have not yet experienced quality service from the company.
I have written all the required applications, visited myself to the local exchange but none of these actions seem to have any effect on the responsible authorities. Do help me in any possible way.
