regarding credit card

Location/place: jharsuguda

Name of company/service: Bhushan power & steel limited

Sir,
I am working as A.G.M,in the above said company.My salary A/C is with SBI-Thelkoli,branch of Sambalpur dist.SBI credit card division started issuing credit cards to the employees who are eligible with their norms.I also applied for it in the month of March2012.But till date i have not received the card.But they have deducted 3827Rs for the card from my ac no through autodebit.please help me.My Mob no is 9583264567.
