I recharged my BSNL mobile no 9433228192 with a Special Tariff Voucher(STV).It was amount Rs. 300 which shows in their website www.bsnl.co.in as a GPRS Net recharge.But now they are telling me it is a free call recharge for local BSNL-BSNL and for above STV I will have to recharge Rs. 301.
