I,Manish kumar,with all respect want say about the shipment problem of my order.
Sir I ordered a blackberry handset on Naaptol online market last 18 May,2012 and my shipment was delievered to me on 31 May,2012,and Payment was done by me on COD…when i check it…handset was faulty….i did complained against my order…They told me to return the faulty product them…and gave me 15 working days time period to reship the new product…I have contact so many time…they didn’t respond me..after all 25june,2012 was last delivering date which was told by them…I was waiting till 28 June..after it they told me that-Sir your product will be in your hand on 3 July,2012..when I didn’t receive my order back…again I follow the same procedure..again they told me that your handset will return to you with in 15 working days…they gave me surety of receiving on 23 july….again the same thing happened…I complained on their Customer care…but they respond me like…I have done a huge mistake of purchasing Product from their online market…I again complained about this matter…NOBODY IS READY TO LISTEN FROM MY SIDE….. I haven’t received my product back after giving PAYMENT from last 3 month….
I have mailed so many time but they didn’t respond me with a satisfactory reply…
SIR…..I AM TOTALLY HELPLESS…..I request you to please sir look after it…and suggest me….
