My name is NARENDER SINGH (AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile No. is 9717461870)
There has been a deduction from my balance for a service which i did not opt for . I recharged my Airtel Prepaid connection today worth rs. 50 i received balance around 41 Rs. but after 3-4 hrs. they deducted a some of rs. 34 on account of renewal of an un known service. I tried at least 10 times to contact the customer care but every time they diconnected. I want my deducted balance back.
I am very frustrated. it is causing loss to my health also.
Please help me.
