NEGLIGENT SERVICE

I am reporting a serious issue, which has caused great frustration.

I have recently moved to a new place in Chennai. I called 044-39883333 to request a re-installation on the 12th of July. Since then, all I was made to do was call them almost everyday to receive the same reply – “We are very sorry, We will send our service personnel today. It has been 20 days today and I have called them every single day to be told the same “sorry’ message. Every day I am given a new complaint number for the previous day’s lack of service. This is of no use to me. This is the worst negligent service I have ever seen. I have been managing with an alternate source of drinking water for the past 20 days. I do not wish to continue like this.

My number (based on which all my information is recorded) is 9962829318. My name is kumar. I am really frustrated by this kind of a service from a well renowned company. I have escalated the issue to higher authority, but no response.

This is a serious case of NEGLIGENT service
