Sir,
I have purchased a trimmer through rediff shopping.But delivery pending by Rediff team(TNT).After that I got a information from my friend that Rediff has no delivery option in Orissa.
Purchase date : 14th June, Price -Rs.459.00.
After giving the complain to the customercare ,they are regularly giving false commitment of refund with in 4-5 day….
Kindly help me…to get back my refund amount.
