unnecessarily charges of closing a/c

Respected sir,
Due to undefinable reasons I switch off mexus education pvt. ltd. this company open my salary a/c in HDFC bank . on April20 Th,2012 I closed my salary a/c of hdfc bank . on this date I have nil balance in my salary a/c . bank told me that if i want to closed this a/c then deposit 570 /- rupees in salary a/c because this a/c running less then one year . sir, my problem is i discontinued this company how can i continue salary a/c . but bank took 570/- for closing my salary a/c . sir, i am not satisfied with this reasons . so sir, its my humble request kindly give me justice . is there any rule if we closed salary a/c then bank take charges for closing salary a/c . its o.k. in saving a/c because saving a/c in my hand but salary a/c depend on continuity of service .
