I booked a tatkal ticket from howrah to chennai whose pnr are as follows 6511902927 and 6605018785. and i live in gaya so i have to take a train from gaya to howrah , so i booked my ticket in poorva express of pnr no. 2706625943 but this train was so late due to power failure and reached howrah 8 hours late and my train from howrah passed.and now i lost my full ticket price and a lot of harrassment. so , i just want compensation and refund of the ticket , as it is the fault of railway.
