This is regarding a Very Poor, Pathetic and Worst Service provided by Whirlpool.

I registered a complaint against some problem of my Washing Machine. The service engineer (Mr. FAHIM HAIDER, Mobile No: 9212766213) came and changed the wrong spare parts which made it worse (Against complaint no. HR0712005139). After repeated request the service engineer (Mr. FAHIM HAIDER) did not come even after he promised to come.
Then I called service Centre once again and the customer case executive registered the complaint (complaint no.: HR0712011140). I received a message that the call has been allocated to service Engineer (Mr. PUNIT BEDI). Mr. Punit Bedi did not come for next two days and I received the message that the call has been closed…Strange..without attending the customes issue the call was closed.
I again called the customer care and they sang their own songs and raised another complaints (complaint no. HR0712012267). I again received the message that the call has been allocated to service Engineer (Mr. RAGHAV, Mobile No.: 8744819212). I received the call from Mr. RAGHAV next day and he asked for the problem. He told me that Mr. FAHIM HAIDER has replaced the WRONG spare and He will come and replace the CORRECT SPARE on 26-July-2012. He did not come for the replacement. After repeated request he did not come and now he is not picking-up the phone.
