Name of company/service: Timtara/online shopping
Payment was made in full for product on June 12, but even after 6 weeks they dont have the product to ship it out. Their customer service is pathetic, every week I call, they say it will be shipped in 4-6 day or they disconnect the call. numerous attempts have only made me realise that this is a common problem of all consumers of the website and some legal action shud be taken to close this company labelling them as fraud.
