Location/place: patna

Name of company/service: whirlpool

I have a problem in my washing machine for which i requested the company.They took Rs.5000 & returned in 2 days & within 1 month same problem occurred. This time the delayed in taking the machine for service center for about 7 days.Whirlpool service center has delayed in service for about 15-20 days more due to which we are suffering.
