Breach of warranty by CROMA

Location/place: Nerul, Navi Mumbi

I had purchased a mobile phone from M/S CROMA, CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai.The purchaswe was done on 10 Sept 2010. I als had paid extra amount for extened warranty for the said phone. During the warranty period in first 5 months the problem in phone’s display occured and I submitted it to the CROMA. I got the said phone back after one month. Ahain in April 2012 the same problem occured and I submitted the phone to the CROMA. Now , my complain is that 1) I have given the said phone for repaires/ replacement under warranty on 10th April. Today even after 4 months CROMA is not able to repair/replace the said phone. 2) After making numerous calls/visits to the store, nobody is responding properly 3) I got the total warrany of 24 month , out of that five months CROMA has taken only in repairs, so they are just killing the time and not giving the phone back to me. 4) The phone was a costly handset ( Rs 25,000/-) so I am facing mental agony for the same. I want justice. Thank you.
