Selling of of products on which warrnty warranty already expired and poor after sale service

I have purchased a Nokia C503 hand set from big bazar Aurangabad one mobile shop havig invoice number 0558 and IMEI number 3593310496994819. They have also filled one claim form of United India Insurance and told that in case of any problem we will replace the handset. This hand set started to give the problem and when we have visited to Big Bazar they told us that you take the phone to Nokia Service center and we do not have any concern with it. When we reached at Nokia service centre they told us that the warranty of this hand set is already expired and this hand set is made for out of country & not reparable. This is a case of Mental as well as financial torture to customer. We request you to help us in this matter.
