My name is vaibhav kapoor.I am using Vodafone no 9811501899 for past 9 years and one more no 9811501987.
I have been trying to get my postpaid no 9811501987 converted into prepaid but till date all in vain.
I visited your vodafone customer care at Peera garhi and one centre at rajouri garden,Delhi to request conversion of my no into prepaid but all the customer care executives refused to do the same because of different reasons. The customer care service was pathetic at both the centres and the exceutve showed rude behaiviour.I visited around 10 times to give my request but all in vain
I have been suffering inspite of your premium customer.
If my request for conversion is not taken I would like to surrender both of my number and as I am pissed of byu the customer care services by Vodafone
I will tell you the way Vodafone has started treating its customer is losing its credibility and will lose its customer base
If my request is not taken in next 48 hrs I would like to port out of Vodafone network
