sir i have been booking online tickets for the movie “The Amazing Spiderman” on 6th July 2012 for 6 persons at PVR PRiya NEW DELHI through the website WWW.PVRCINEMAS.COM amounting to Rs. 1590..
Due to some technical failure of the site the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted from my union bank of india debit card.
i have send them a mail regarding the refund of the money on but till date i have not got any refund from them.
the complaint number that was given by them was “PVR:00001000220593”.and was promised to complete the complaint within 7 working days..
hereby i request you to kindly look into the matter and bring out the result as soon as possible
